Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce

This sauce is HEAVENLY! I start making it as soon as I see fresh cranberries in our market as it is wonderful blended with Fage Greek yogurt or spooned over pumpkin custard or cheesecake. I love tart-sweet and this is the best. Hard to believe just a couple of ingredients can taste this good!

Roasted Salsa Grand Mayan

Simplicity at it's best. Blend a cup of salsa with grilled shrimp and have a meal fit for a King (or Mayan Goddess).

Ancho Tomato Sauce

This sauce is perfect for spooning over any grilled or pan seared protein. Its a genius recipe that you can also use to simmer eggs, chicken or shrimp in for...
